We've got a few cases left of our 2022 San Benito County Chardonnay, made by Ryan Stirm of Stirm Wine Company. I love Ryan's wines and approach to winemaking, and this is a lovely bottle of Chardonnay. Aged entirely in neutral oak, it brings ripping acid to the table without a touch of butter. Lovely concentration of green apple and lemon, with a long finish. Get it before it's gone!
