Check out our colored bumper plates here. The reinforced steel molded in hubs are coated with a proprietary material that forms a chemical bond with the rubber that prevents separation. Most competitors press in the hub after the rubber is molded which will over time, always lead to failure. The 25 lb – 45 lb plates are the standard IWF 450mm in diameter, but we incorporated a unique design to the problematic 10 lb bumper, making it slightly smaller in diameter and thicker than others, thereby increasing its strength. Our unique and proprietary manufacturing process allows us to produce rubber weight plates that have both a higher tensile strength and hardness than competitor plates.
