Set includes: 3" paring knife, 4-3/8" utility knife, 5-1/4" cooks' knife, 6" cooks' knife, 7-1/4" chef knife, 9-1/2" ham slicer and a black wood block. This set covers well all everyday food preparation requirements in a typical home kitchen. Specifications Blade is made of AISI 420 stainless steel (0.15% carbon, 12% chromium) that is durable and corrosion resistant. Hardness is 50 RC which ensures a long-lasting sharpness.
