Safety Speed 6400 Panel Saw
Safety Speeed 6400 Panel SawThere are several upgrades on the 6400 model panel saw compared to our H-Series panel saws: An upgraded, worm drive motor that's more durable A 1/64-inch straight and square cutting tolerance, which is more precise than the 1/32-inch tolerance on our H-Series machines (achieved through additional bearings) Additional steel welded at a diagonal plane, which adds weight to the frame A weighted pulley system for moving the saw motor up and down the guide tubes, instead of a spring-loaded counterbalance Extra bearings in the motor for a tighter cutting tolerance Aluminum material rollers instead of red material rollers The 6400 can make a maximum crosscut of 64 inches, and the 6800 can make a maximum crosscut of 74 inches. The maximum ripcut (horizontal cut) depends on how you push the panel through. The photos show the saws with a stand, wheels, and a dust kit, but these are optional accessories.Specifications Type 6400 Panel Saw Dimensions W x D x H (in) 1
