In 1992, our teahouse officially opened for business in Shenzhen, starting the journey accompanied by rock tea.   Wuyi Mountain rock tea has a long history and is a brilliant pearl among Chinese oolong teas. Its unique "rocky bone and floral fragrance" is so fascinating. On this magical land, rock tea grows among the cracks in the rocks, absorbing the essence of heaven and earth and forming a unique flavor.   Over the past 33 years, Tongxin She Teahouse has always adhered to quality, with both inheritance and innovation. Our love for rock tea is reflected in every aspect. Starting from the picking of fresh leaves, the tenderest and fullest tea leaves are selected at the best time. The tea farmers are very careful, picking and handling them gently to ensure the integrity of the leaves. In terms of the production process, we inherit the traditional rock tea-making techniques and strictly control every step. Great efforts have been put into processes such as sun-drying, shaking, fixation,
