Rock tea core producing areas ：Dao Shui Keng Rou Gui “倒水坑肉桂”

As far as Wuyi Yancha is concerned, San Keng Liang Jian is what everyone expects. Senior tea lovers who love rock tea are all in love with San Keng Liang Jian: Niu Lan Keng 牛栏坑, Hui Yuan Keng 慧苑坑, Dao Shui Keng 倒水坑,  liu Xiang Jian 流香涧, Wu Yuan Jian 悟源涧, today I recommend a 2021 Dao Shui Keng Rou Gui made by my aunt Chen Zhen Ying, Zhengyan core mountain field, San Keng Liang Jian core area  Inside, it is worth looking forward to. Dao Shui Keng is a long gorge leading to Tianxin Rock, which runs from east to west. The name of Dao Shui Keng shows its peculiar geographic landscape.  The stream of Dao Shui Keng runs in the opposite direction, hence its name. The area is rich in vegetation, high relative humidity, diffuse light, and fertile soil. It is very suitable for the growth of tea trees. The tea gardens on both sides of the pit stream are widely spread, and they are oriented east-west with sufficient sunlight.  .  The tea fields on both sides lie quietly in the shelter of the woods
