In Huanglong Mountain, Dingshu Town, Yixing, China, there is a unique golden yellow Zhuni clay, which is hidden at the lower part of the quartz rock layer of the tender yellow stone, just like a treasure nurtured by the earth. It appears yellowish-brown in color, exists in a blocky form, and is fragile and not hard in texture. When making the mature clay, a special process of beating the pulp, precipitating, and filtering is required. This process is not only cumbersome but also a test of the craftsmen's skills.   The golden yellow Zhuni clay has good plasticity and can be formed relatively stably in the hands of craftsmen, laying the foundation for making exquisite teapots.
