ORIGIN: Zheng Yan, Wuyishan, Fujian, China WEIGHT: 100g DESCRIPTION: Bai Ji Guan is one of the four famous variants of yan cha from Wuyi Mountain. This particular variant grows in Lian Hua Feng, Zheng Yan producing area. It has peculiar buds and leaves with hues of light green and white. The buds are curved and fluffy. In fact, the name "Bai Ji Guan" originates from the tea's resemblance of of  the "cockscomb on a white pheasant's head". According to legend, Bai Ji Guan was discovered and cultivated by Bai Yuchan, a famous Taoist master in the Song Dynasty.
