Country: Italy Region: Piedmonte Type: Red Wine Grape: Nebbiolo The fruit for this wine is hand-picked from the younger vines on their estate holdings across Barolo, Novello, Sinio and Bricco Bertone, ranging from 7-25 years of age. The grapes are picked in the early hours of the morning to keep them cool and maintain as many of the wonderfully fresh aromatics as possible through the winemaking process. Bright ruby red color. Vibrant aromas of raspberry, red cherry, plums and stone fruits. On the palate, this Nebbiolo is open and generous, with notes of raspberry and a hint of fresh mountain strawberry. Elegant and gracious tannins and a delicious, lifted finish.
