Broc Cellars Amore Blendo Co-ferment 2023

Country: USA Region: Mendocino Type: Red Wine Grape: Grignolino/Erbaluce/Nebbiolo/Dolcetto/Freisa The grapes in Amore Blendo are historically grown in Italy’s Piemonte region. Fruit for this wine was harvested from Fox Hill Vineyards in Mendocino, which winemaker Chris Brockway has farmed since 2020 and purchased in 2023.  All of the varieties were harvested together, layered in tank for carbonic maceration, and fermented and aged in concrete. A light, refreshing blend that is even better lightly chilled. Notes of cherry, blackberry and chocolate on the nose, black cherry & cocoa on the palate.
