MPJE Cheat Sheet: Alaska

NOTE: The Board of Pharmacy in Alaska has waived the MPJE requirement for pharmacist licensure effective 5/18/24. Here is the relevant verbiage from the Alaska Board of Pharmacy: Any Pharmacist that submits an application after May 18th will no longer take the MPJE. Pharmacist applicants through reciprocity will receive a 10 question Alaska law questionnaire from the division staff when we receive the application. Pharmacist applicants through examination, to include examination transfer, only need to take the NAPLEX, no Alaska law questionnaire. Any applicant for Pharmacist through reciprocity or examination, to include examination transfer, that submitted an application to the board before May 19th and has not yet passed the Alaska MPJE through NABP will not be required to take the Alaska MPJE through NABP after May 18th.
