Builders Exhaust Boss Kit - Honda Shadow VT1100 1985 - 2007
The Builders Exhaust Boss Kit can be used to make your very own custom exhaust for the Honda Shadow VT1100 Spirit, ACE, AERO, and Sabremodels from 1985 - 2007. These bosses are machined from DOM steel and include the collars and hardware needed to mount your new hand built pipes to your mean motersickle! Each Kit Contains: Qty 1 Set of Exhaust Bosses - Machined from DOM steel Qty 1 set of Exhaust Collars - Laser cut Qty 4 Aluminum Spacers Qty 4 Flange nuts You will need to source your own tubing with this kit. The forward boss is a butt weld fit to 1.75" tubing and the rear pipe is a butt weld fit to 1.75" tubing. This kit is intended for use with 1.75 tubing but can be used with 1.5" or 2" with some creativity. NOTE: When installing your exhaust , the boss and collar will not sit flush with the exhaust port, there WILL be a gap. Do not overtighten the exhaust nuts as this can lead to undesirable results. This kit will only fit the Honda Shadow VT1100 models listed above. It will
