Extremely limited special cask selected by Alex Chasko, Teeling Master Distiller and released only for California. Aged for 12 years in ex-Bourbon barrels then finished in PX (Pedro Ximenez) Sherry casks for 24 months. Triple distilled; non-chill filtered, and bottled at cask strength. Delivers rich notes of dry fruits, figs, sultanas and cooked pears. Best enjoyed neat.
