Lonely Oak Distillery was born out of a dream and a promise. A dream to make small-batch craft spirits using grains grown right here, in western Iowa, on the Hoffmann family farm. It's on this generous land that we planted the seeds, harvested the grains, and perfected the recipes for the Heartland's finest spirits. That's our dream. Our NEW Steeple Ridge Cask Strength Straight Rye Whiskey: Our Cask Strength Rye has a mash-bill of 60% AC Hazlett Rye and 40% Wapsie Valley Corn, and is a SINGLE BARREL selection, bottled at Barrel Proof (106-120 proof). It is purest form of Rye Whiskey-straight from the barrel! These barrels are our finest and have been hand selected after maturing for 2+ years. There are no two alike. Our dedication to producing premium spirits is represented in each batch; from tilling the soil, planting the seed, grain selection, distillation, maturation, and finally, bottling.
