Up Dog Tea- Uplifting Focus Blend This is my go-to pick-me-up tea to help me power through the day when I feel heavy after lunch. The mintyness is so nice to aiding in digestion, helping move heavy food. The yerba mate is slightly caffeinated, but not really intense like coffee. I reach a certain point in the day where the flavor of coffee isn't refreshing, but the flavor of this tea is. The linden is a pleasant cooling anti inflammatory that keeps my mind in a nice focused place.
