NV Renardat-Fache Cerdon du Bugey "Initiale" Rose Sparkling

OFF-DRY, JOLLY RANCHER, SOFT TEXTURE, RED FRUIT, ORGANIC  Fresh, fruity and full of berries (strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and maybe even a vintage berry) and Fragrant notes of sweet flowers show on the bouquet.  There is a tad of sweetness but it's just a sweet sensation, not gobs of candy syrupy sugar. A cool, low alcohol, refreshing spritzer with great verve and vibrancy. Racy delicious-ness, fruit forward, yet balanced with a great textured mouthfeel.
