2022 Governo alla Toscana Blend - Red

Governo 2022 is a great value Sangiovese, Merlot red wine blend  from the Tuscany wine region. Produced in the ancient Tuscan tradition of Governo alla Toscana, which means partially dried grapes are added into the winemaking after first fermentation, the result is a mouth filling red wine with dark berry, cherry, spice and savory herbs supple on the palate. This method comes from medieval times when the must of partially dried grapes would be added to the fermenting wine.
