Sourdough Starter Kit

This starter kit has nothing more or less than what you need to keep, maintain or begin your sourdough journey. Included is a custom manufactured, perfectly sized, straight-walled glass jar with a thoughtfully designed lid that keeps contaminants out but lets air in; a rubber o-ring to mark your starter’s pre-expansion level after feeds, and a silicone spatula to mix starter and clean the jar sides. Then it wouldn’t be complete without a hearty strain of dry sourdough starter with instructions on how to prepare it for baking. The jar volume is 700 ml, which is a tad shy of 3 cups.
