Yet Another Enamel Pin: This one is a cute little puzzle

Yeah, a pin I have to stare at for a while to understand.  That's great.  Just great. The pin is 2.5" at its widest point and has two pinbacks to secure it in place.  It was made in China.  It is a puzzle pin, meaning that the letters are connected by lines in a puzzle-ish fashion and must be solved. But wait, the format of the puzzle deserves a bit more:  I found puzzles in this format in a book from the 1960s.  I'd never seen this sort of puzzle before, not that that is any great surprise, but neither had my fancy puzzle friends.  It was the first true "wisdom of the ancients" moment I've really had.
