They will come factory unlocked for use in commercial bands like fire department frequencies.  8 Watt transmit power Tri-band 1 watt/ 5 watt/ 8 watt Large backlit display Includes battery, charger, antenna, and headphones. If you choose the programming option, I will use your shipping zip code to program local ham radio towers and program FRS/ GMRS frequencies.
