The Adsafe™ Plus CPR Face Shield is an incredibly safe and convenient CPR face shield option. It is designed with many unique features that protect the rescuer and for optimal performance. It has printed instructions on the shield to ensure correct usage. It features a one-way valve with a 3M Filtrete filter to protect the rescuer from the victim's fluids. The face shield also has an airway tube with an extended mouthpiece to assist the user in maintaining an open airway when performing the head tilt, chin lift maneuver. The material of the face shield is semi-transparent which allows the rescuer to have a good view of the patient's face. The Adsafe™ Plus Face Shield includes a hard, compact case with a key chain for added convenience. When open, the face shield measures 6” L x 10” W and when in the case it measures only 2” L x 1 1/2” W x 7/8" H
