Sparkling Waters

  Sparkling Waters is a mix of matte, iridescent, and holographic fine glitters with a little added duo chrome shifting pigment.  This color is a cross between a sky blue and Tiffany blue.  This pairs perfectly with Breakfast at Tiffany's. Swatch was made with 3 dips of color and encapsulated in clear, activated, and topped with top coat.  The opacity of the dip will change with more layers of dip powder used. *Powders made with ultrafine glitter may sometimes have a different consistency due to the addition of powdered acrylic. Pictures of colors are taken in different lighting to best represent their true color.  Color may however vary slightly depending on monitor settings. While I try to capture the best photo of the true color, there are many things that may alter the color and vary your results.  Computer monitors may make the color appear different than what it looks like in person.  Other factors include lighting and method of application.  Dip liquids vs. gel liquids will give
