Ruffled Feathers

Ruffled Feathers is another fine glitter and flake mix in the Anniversary colors that are described below: Swatches were done on an overcast day so they are not the greatest. Polished Beauty is a chromatic shimmer powder that has multiple shades of lavender and pastel pink mica and chrome added to it to make it a truly unique powder.  This one can be worn dipped or chromed.  This one photographs lilac, but it is a soft pastel lavender with a pink/purple chrome shift.  The swatch was made with 2 dips of color using dip liquids and encapsulated in clear and finished with dip topcoat.
