WHISK ONLY For whisking milled teas! Bamboo Whisk: Handcrafted in Anhui, China from white bamboo, 120 prongs. Care + Use: Upon opening your new whisk, submerge it, prongs-side down in an inch of warm or hot water. Soak the whisk until the outer, curled ends relax and the knotted center prongs fully unfurl. For whisking instructions, scroll down to see ‘Thin’ or ‘Thick’ preparations. After whisking matcha, rinse the whisk thoroughly with warm water until no residue is left. Use a paper towel to clean the prongs if any clumps remain. Place whisk on stand with inner prongs tucked into the central hollow, and outer prongs resting on the belly of the stand. Store on a whisk stand in a cool, dry area.
