To make this pie, we fill it with juicy organic apricots from Frog Hollow farms combined with sweet organic blueberries from Triple Delight Blueberries. They are topped with a vegan version of our famous oatmeal cookie crumble top! The crust is made with organic flour, organic cane sugar, and organic coconut oil. The crumble top is made with organic cane sugar and brown sugar, organic brown rice flour, organic tapioca starch, organic cinnamon, allspice, ginger, organic gluten-free oats and organic coconut oil. -Serves 8-10 -Not available for shipping!
