THE STORY BEHIND THE TEE After getting diagnosed with multiple chronic illnesses like gastroparesis, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS), and POTS, I ended up needing to get a feeding tube to help me live.Everything changed almost overnight. I was lost, confused, upset, sad, and frustrated and didn't recognize my life or myself anymore.I felt so alone and afraid, but I knew there had to be other people going through the same thing I was.I wanted to find a way to cope and help anyone who has a chronic illness to feel beautiful, brave, and loved, so I made these sweatshirts as a reminder of what we are.Each time I put on one of these sweatshirts, I can’t help but smile and feel a little less alone.
