100 Cabernet Franc biodynamically cultivated in Bourgeuil. Grapes are hand-harvested from 45 year-old vines planted in sandy schistous soils and destemmed upon arrival to the cellar. 15 day maceration prior to pressing. Spontaneous fermentation and aging for 8 months thereafter all in concrete vat prior to bottling unfined, unfiltered, minimal (25ppm) additional SO2.
