Alessandra Divella, "Blanc de Blancs" 2021 [1.5L - MAG]

Sparkling MAG!! 100% Chardonnay from organically cultivated 19 year-old vines planted in the clay/limestone soils of Gussago (Franciacorta, Lombardy). Soft, slow hand pressing of the grapes with a wooden basket press naturally results in a small portion of gently macerated juice. This is followed by spontaneous fermentation and 33 months on the lees.  Base vintage is 2019, the wine is disgorged in January 2023. Zero dosage, unfined, unfiltered, no additional SO2. 12%ABV
