100% Cinsault Languedoc-Roussillon, France Night harvest, gentle press, low fermentation temps. Aged on fine lees two months. Summer sipper? Patio pounder? You decide. It’s a basic, yes way rosé. Made with the bright, red fuit-driven, Cinsault grape. Tastes like: Rraspberry? Citrus? Peach? TBH, I drank it so fast I don’t remember. :) Pair it with charcuterie and sunshine.
