No oak or malolactic will challenge your notion of what US Chardonnay can be. 2018 Grosgrain French Creek Chardonnay: Grosgrain's French Creek Vineyard, Yakima Valley, WA Chardonnay is barrel fermented in French Oak (32% new puncheon) and aged on the lees. Oak and toast on the nose give way to more subtlety on the palate.
