Pinot Noir Willamette Valley, Oregon Hand harvested, spontaneous ferment, aged 18 months neutral French oak; 13% abv Bright red fruits include cranberry, pomegranate and currant. A nice balance comes from a touch of spice and notes of brown sugar (though NOT a sweet wine). Super vibrant acidity keeps it enticing and fresh. Chinese 5 spice duck, Salisbury steak with mushrooms, pork tenderloin.
