All pieces of custom jewelry from Queen Ajna’s Healing Place is covered by limited warranty EXCEPT FOR THE ANKLE & FEET pieces. If your piece is compromised by a manufacturers quality issue? Please contact HURTTOHELP@gmail.com. Include your order number, images of your pieces and description of your concerns. Because your support is deeply valued, your concern will be evaluated and best determined if your piece will be repaired or replaced. Custom protective eyes are NOT polished on the backs. This is to prevent tarnishing and fading for the life of your investment.
