Use this blend to steam 3-5 times. Benefits include increased wetness, tightening and toning vaginal muscles, killing frequent bad bacteria, balance PH  Herbs included: Rose Petals, Chamomile, Calendula, Raspberry Leaf, Motherwort, Mugwort, Black Walnut,  Direction: boil 2oz of herbs, let cool, pour into steaming pot, cover your bottom half and sit over pot for 30 mins.
