Introduction to Tunisian Crochet Class

An interesting craft that that combines aspects of both crochet and knitting, Tunisian crochet creates unique textures and plays with colors in unusual ways. You will learn how to create a foundation row, work the Tunisian simple stitch and Tunisian purl stitch. You'll also work increases and decreases and how to bind off. Previous experience with crochet OR knitting preferred.  Materials NeededApiary Cowl pattern by Ted Beverly (pattern available on Ravelry)Rios by Malabrigo, 1 skeinOne K / 6.5 mm 24" or 32" Tunisian crochet hookLocking stitch markers Please purchase materials ahead of time and bring them with you to the class.
