Artist: Woody Guthrie In 1941, Woody age 28, was hired by the Bonneville Power Administration in Portland, Oregon to write music for a film about the Columbia River and public power. This collection presents all known recordings of Woody singing his Columbia River songs, including recordings lost 40 years ago.
