Eastern Red Cedar Block ERC360 2.1" x 2.1" x 14.6"

Eastern Red Cedar Block ERC360 2.1" x 2.1" x 14.6" 1.3 lbs. This is a beautiful spindle of Texas Eastern Red Cedar. There are highlights of bright sapwood along the annotated face of the spindle. The block is >90% heartwood. There are numerous knots in this piece, typical of ERC. Several are open knots that you may wish to fill or reinforce with CA glue. There are a couple of minor cracks near these knots that you can touch up with thin CA glue if turning. This Cedar is very aromatic -- it smells wonderful!   We've air-dried it to ~12% moisture content, in logs that were end-sealed with Anchor Seal.
