Black Walnut Block BW-403 2.1" x 2.1" x 5.4" 0.6 lbs. This is an attractive block of Texas-grown Black Walnut. It has medium brown tones and some beautiful figure in the grain. It's been air-dried to a moisture content of 10-12%. There are lots of photos -- be sure to scroll down below the first three. This block has a few darker brown knots and a few minor checks that you could reinforce with CA glue if necessary.
