The Excel version of this planner utilizes formulas for easy population and layouts for easy printing! The Dashboard: An overview of all of your data. Watch as the Weight and Measurements charts populate with every data point you enter in the Fitness Plan page. The Dashboard also has links to every page you need to access. Start with Step 1 and Step 2 to get yourself going! Weekly Fitness Plan: This is where you set all of your goals and targets. You will see the Dashboard charts populate when you start to input data in the measurements section. You can also "select" your workout and rest days by simply filling in a color as shown on the worksheet. Weekly Meal Plan: This sheet is for my fellow meal planners and marco counters.
