Delicate pink hues. Enjoy notes of fresh red berries and underlying hints of white flowers and apples. Effervescent with notes of strawberry and red fruits. Primarily Syrah grape from in the Ancient Lakes region. The wine is carbonated using the méthode contemporaine process. "Méthode contemporaine" refers to a winemaking technique where unlike traditional sparkling wine methods, where bubbles are created through a second fermentation in the bottle, "méthode contemporaine" involves directly adding captured CO2 to the wine before bottling.  Lulu’ is a name that defines someone as an exceptional or extraordinary being, but more importantly, someone willing to struggle and endure hardship to yield equally exceptional results.
