2021 Antoine Bouvet Champagne Le Monts De La Vallée Extra Brut Rosé (750ml)

Guy Bouvet, Antoine’s grandfather, launched his domaine in In 1970 in Mareuil sur Ay and ran it largely by himself. He sold most of his 5 hectares to Bollinger but worked with the remaining vineyards that were spread across three villages - Mareuil sur Ay, Avenay val d’Or and Bisseuil. Antoine took a budding interest in the family business from an early age while working with his grandfather. He learned the joy of hard work, caring for the land, and the need for precision cellar work needed to make great Champagne. This love and appreciation for his grandfather is reflected on the label of his Champagnes.
