2013 Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Meursault 1er Cru Les Perrières (750ml)

93-95 points Wine Advocate The 2013 Meursault 1er Cru les Perrières has a fragrant bouquet with yellow plum, honeysuckle and jasmine scents, although I would like to see more mineralité expressed by the time of bottling. The palate is crisp and edgy on the entry. There is very good concentration here, well-judged acidity and it fans out wonderfully on the animated, lingering finish. This has great potential and constitutes one of the best Meursault Perrières that I have encountered this vintage. (12/2014) 91-94 points Vinous Bright pale yellow. Lovely riesling-like lift to the aromas and flavor of lemon zest and crushed stone. Fat with ripe citrus fruits and spices, with an impression of sucrosite leavened by the wine's dusty impression of dry extract. Finishes with superb cut and length.
