The colours are soft and muted silks, ivory and taupe silk perles, augmented by the sparkle of my favorite metallic silvery gold threads! This sampler was mounted in a 5” x 7” opening of a Milano Music Box from Sudberry, following directions that come with the box. The brown of the wood really set off the antique colours of the flowers and you can even choose your favorite music when you order from them. You can also change the words, as I did, to commemorate a Birthday, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, or a Graduation, Christening or Ordination. I encourage you to choose words that are particularly meaningful to you, or to the person for whom it is meant.
