A delicious Gingerbread Quilt Shop is the eighth addition to Thea's Gingerbread Village. Added to the Tree Etui, the Stitching House, Church, Candy Cane Cottage, Bakery, Haunted House and Needlework Shop, this year’s Gingerbread building is densely stitched on Gingerbread colored linen and is inspired by all manner of quilting! The shop has a small entrance foyer, with the Quilt Shop name above the door, and a metal sewing machine sewn on its tiny roof. The front shows two friends quilting in the top floor window, while a little Christmas tree sparkles merrily behind them. There are few windows, but each of the walls are covered with quilts and quilt motifs. Each side is decorated completely differently from the other side. This gives an impression when assembled, of being surrounded by all different quilts!
