A Grateful Heart Sampler - Embroidery and Cross Stitch Pattern - PDF Download

“Start each day with a grateful heart..”  Stitch this gorgeous new sampler with beautiful overdyed cotton and silk threads, and a plethora of sparkling silver/gold metallic threads and beads. I designed this sampler during the winter of 2020. I really wanted to focus on a positive feeling to hang on to while ‘waiting to exhale’. It has worked! Just stitching this made me feel better.  It's really true: gratitude softens our hearts and turns our focus to the important things. For instance the kindness of friends and family, the beauty of a sunrise, the glory of nature, the taste of a good meal, and the love of stitching. I started the sampler at the top, with a beautiful Heart encrusted with pearls, just bursting with flowers on lovely vines. The words are a good daily reminder of the potential happiness that is always available if we remember to see.
