Add a rare piece of history to your mantle with this gorgeous hand carved skull humidor from the Meiji period (ca. 1868-1912), Japan.  Intricately carved, this one-of-a-kind piece still has remnants of pigment on its teeth and a removable lid making this humidor well suited as a planter. Additional Details Date: 1880-1900 Materials: Wood Measurements: 6" x 3 7/8" x 5" Markings: Not legible Condition: Fair. Many of these had snakes coming out from the eyes and a frog handle on the lid, this one is missing both elements. There is some cracking to the wood. Does not detract. Cleaning and Care Wipe with dry microfiber cloth.
