Situated at 1,300 feet above sea level, this is a powerful yet elegant Cabernet Sauvignon. Focused aromas of blue and black fruit, fresh herbs and earth, spice, and toasty oak complement the layers and layers of dark fruit flavors on the palate. The finish is long, juicy, and just a little savory, with a meaty note on the midpalate. This is tremendous wine. Pair it with anything off the grill, hearty stews, or even pulled pork.
