Please note: If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time (but prior to a technician being enroute); a cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply.   Please note: If you need to cancel your appointment after a technician has arrived onsite (or the technician is enroute to your location); a cancellation fee of $125.00 will apply. Please note: If the technician is required to wait onsite to complete the scheduled work (through no fault of the technician); a waiting fee of $25.00 (for every 15 minutes) will apply.
