The grapes are sourced from Limestone Springs Estate Vineyard in the Finger Lakes, New York. 100% Riesling. Practicing organic. Made in the traditional method and aged en tirage on the lees for 5 years. This wine has lovely toast, apple, and floral aromas. On the palate, the wine is layered with minerality, fruit, and brioche.
