My "Byzantine Motifs" series of enamel pins/needleminders is inspired by the tiny decorations and ornamentations found in Byzantine manuscripts and iconography. Byzantine Rose is shaped like a heart, but this shape was called a "rose" in Byzantine art because it looks like the mid-section of a rose. 1" across and comes with a 1/2" neodymium magnet.
