The standard size polycarbonate for 3/4" O.D. hoops is 5/8" OD or .625" OD with a tolerance of +/- .003" - This is the industry standard. Though tolerances will vary depending on the plastic extruder. Some might have a tolerance of +/- .005" or more!   Polycarbonate Specifications Made for 3/4" O.D., 5/8" I.D. Polypro and HDPE hoops. Cut into 1.625" lengths. Polycarbonate is the best choice for your hoop building needs. It is stronger than Polypro and HDPE, crack-resistant, shatterproof, and is very strong. It's not indestructible mind you, people do break their polycarbonate connections, but not as frequently as a polypro or HDPE insert.    Note: The image shown is for display purpose only, you will receive however many connectors you order.
